What You'll Be Doing:

  • Empowering Community: Lead the charge in developing, implementing, and enhancing our diverse range of programs for teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your work will directly impact lives, providing enrichment and opportunities for learning and growth.

  • Building Connections: Offer your support and guidance to our members. From physical assistance to leading engaging group activities, you'll be a key figure in their day-to-day joy and success.

Who We're Looking For:

  • An individual with a heart for community and a head for innovation, ready to dive into the challenges and rewards of the Program Lead role.

  • A driver with a clean record and over 5 years of driving experience, eager to take on the responsibility of safely transporting our members to various activities. We'll need you to become a licensed Vanlink Driver upon joining us.

  • Someone who is proactive about safety, willing to become CPR and First Aid certified within the first month on the job.

  • An individual who is ready to work at a non-profit dedicated to making a real impact

We provide on-the-job training for qualified applicants who have the energy and kindness our members need and deserve. We're open between 9 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday.

Compensation:$22.50/hr to start

Full-time/Part-time

Paid Vacation as accrued

Paid sick leave as accrued

6 paid annual holidays

Partial paid medical for full-time employees

  • Do you have experience working or interacting in a personal capacity with people who have I/DD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities)?

  • Do you have experience with work that requires flexibility, patience, and/or fast-paced environments? 

  • Have you had a Washington State Driver's License with a clean driving record for at least 5 years?

  • Are you able to lift 50 pounds, and are willing and able to assist our program participants with transfers for toileting, transportation, and mobility as needed? (We provide training for these assistance tasks)

  • Would you be comfortable driving our Kitsap Transit Access van to transport program staff and participants to and from our community activities? (We assist with the Kitsap Transit approval process for this)

Become Our Next Program Support: Where Passion Meets Purpose

Are you looking to make a meaningful difference in your community? Do you thrive in environments where compassion and teamwork matter? We're seeking a Program Support staff member to help our programs run smoothly and ensure our members have safe, joyful, and enriching experiences each day.

​

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Community: Assist Program Leads with daily activities for teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your role will focus on helping create engaging experiences and maintaining a positive environment for members.

Hands-On Help: Provide support during group activities, outings, and daily routines — including basic assistance with mobility and transportation needs (training provided).

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone with compassion, patience, and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within the first month of employment.

  • Comfortable assisting members with physical support as needed.

  • Excited to be part of a nonprofit dedicated to making a real impact.

We provide on-the-job training for qualified applicants who have the energy and kindness our members deserve. Our programs operate between 9 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $18/hr to start or dependent upon experience

  • Part-time (with opportunities for additional shifts)

  • Paid sick leave and vacation as accrued (pro-rated)

  • 6 paid annual holidays (pro-rated)

  • Partial paid medical for eligible employees
