Vitalize Kitsap is a Bainbridge Island non-profit that serves all of Kitsap County. We believe everyone deserves dignity, respect, and to be a welcome part of their greater community. Our individualized programming offers lifelong learning opportunities. Members gain new skills needed in developing independence,  participating in the community, taking part in healthy living activities, socializing with friends, finding employment, and practicing mindful recreation.

Vitalize Kitsap is unique in that we have an individual approach that meets each participant where they are and asks them where they want to go in life. Together with our staff, the participant (member) and their caregivers we develop a Personal Goal Plan (PGP) to identify each individual’s areas of strength and potential growth in the seven domains of our core values. Our  trained and dedicated staff incorporates individual goals into weekly programming.
